Header Removal

im going to take my header off and i wanted to know it i would need to replace the gasket when i pit it back on and will a stock gasket work ok and what is the bast pain to use my header is starting to rust and i dont want that son any help would be great

are you replacing the header with an aftermarket one or another stock one??? you didn't specify.

It shouldn't matter TOO much whether it's stock or aftermarket. As long as the gasket is in good shape (not rusted too badly, and it hasn't separated), it should be OK top reuse. Although, they only cost $15-$20 at Honda, so if you want to be safe, just replace it.
