will the 99 civic headlights fit perfectly on a 97 ex or are the 99 headlights too big???
also will the 99 front bumper also fit on a 97 ex
 
nope they wont fit. the grill of 99 is bigger and the fenders are also diff so swapping the headlights in will need new fenders, grill, bumper, hood
