Why is it when I put hyper white bulbs in my 95 integra LS does the left one always burn out? I do not have trouble with regular bulbs.

You don't touch the bulb with your fingers, do you??? The oil from your fingers can cause the bulb to burn out pre-maturely.
Other than that...Umm...check your bulb housing. It might be bad. My mom's buick burns out blinker bulbs like whoa. You might need to change the housing.
    I think it's called a pigtail too.

hyperwhites and all those other aftermarket "super brite" bulbs burn MUCH hotter than stock... thats the biggest reason they dont last as long

quality is also not as good (for the most part) as the stock bulbs (Stanley)

also check the housings and connectors like khrisb said
