Headliner in an eg

Hey whats up? I just wanted some info on how to remove the headliner in a 92-95 civic 4dr. I am customizing it to match my interior and i cant find out exactly how to remove it. Did some searchin but came up with nada. Help me out if you can. thanks.

Start by removing the visors, "oh shit" handles, and dome light and then try to pull downward to release the plastic clips. The door trim/ weather stripping and either the front or rear glass may also have to be removed to get it out without creasing it. But first and foremost ask yourself if this is something your really want to do.

i am not worried about creasing it
i just want it out so i dont need to take the windows or rain guards off.
