heater core hoses

hey guys I was wondering if anyone can tell me which one is the inlet and which one is the outlet? the reason why I ask is because sooner or later when I get around to my turbo (dsm t25) it's water cooled as well as oil and I was going to tap into the inlet one to go to the turbo and just have the outlet drain back into the radiator. Or would it even matter which one I tap into?

The heater core inlet is the one that has the valve/cutoff on it
