Help my 93 hoopdy is 5 long flashes w/ 3 short flashes with no pause! Isn't that a code 53?? I can't find what code 53 is anywhere, the only thing that is close is a code 5, and 3 which would be short flashes-correct? so....is it the map with the 5and3 or is there a code 53 for the obd1??If you can help would be greatly appr. thanx 93 hoopdy

I'm at work right now when i get home ill dig out the dig camera and send it in. strange isnt it i cant find a code 53 on a obd1 for nothing!! I checked it 3 times--5long-3 short w/no pause

fuel filter, pressure regulator, injector, or even the O2 sensor .

i get the occasional code 43.. but after i shut the car off and restart it .. its gone..
