thanks for your input, but the valve springs seems to be OK....what I just noticed is that when I take out the 3rd plug wire the engine does idle the same...the spark-plug is ok, I switched it with another one

Do you think he should mix the 2 part JB first or just let the valves do the work?

I'd let the valvetrain mix everything. That way you get a nice, uneven mess after the epoxy starts to cure.
