Well after work yesterday i went to start my car and head home. But to my suprise my car wouldnt start. The car gets no power at all. When i turn the key nothing happens, the clock doesnt turn on, nor does the radio. The car was running normal all day. The only thing i noticed is when i tried to turn the key when i first got in my car is i heard a ticking noise coming from under my passenger side dashboard. Ive looked everywhere and checked evey fuse and can not find the problem. I did find a box that said belt control on it, under the passenger side kick panel. Would this have something to do with my seatbelts, i have those power belts and when i tried to start my car i noticed my belts were acting weird. Also the ticking noise seems to have come right from the area with the belt control box. Would this be some kinda fail safe?
