check engine light code 16 fuel injectors and goes into limp mode i need help ???

most of the time when it goes in limp mode its a bad dizzy

when the injectors throw a code it puts it in limp mode. i'm searching for a solution for mine, cuz i get the same, and my car still runs fine. but that's because if you chip it, you can disable the injector error reporting.
