You'll also need a mount kit. You're going to have to do a little customizing of the shift linkage tunnel as well in order to make the transmission work right...

You will need a mount kit like this one for the H22
Innovative 92-95 Civic, 94-01 Integra H22 Swap Conversion Mount Kit

You will also have to cut a small hole in the firewall for the shift cables to pass through. You will need to modify your stock engine harness to fit the H22 also

I am doing an H22 swap into my EK9, and nobody wanted to help me either. I had to figure out everything for myself. Im still in the process of doing the swap myself. Waiting on the $$$. First off I would HIGHLY recommend replacing everything on the engine that you can while it is still out like the timing belt and water pump. They are relatively easy if you have the tools. You will need a tool to remove the crank pulley, I forgot the exact technical name of it but its about $60 from NAPA. I also replaced, and recommend the replacement, of the clutch and flywheel. I put in a lightweight stage two flywheel. That was very easy with the engine being on a stand and not in the engine bay. I see that you have the harness, but is it one that will work with your EG? From the information I gathered you will need to modify your harness as well. www.raywire.com will do this for you for a fee of course. Also you may need to replace your fuel pump. The stock EG fuel pump may not provide a good constant fuel supply for a larger engine. The suspension would be a good idea to replace too. Its not a must but you are adding a lot more weight to the front of the car. Oh, and depending on what year H22 you have you may need your ECU chipped. Im not 100% on the years but I think that from 98-01 H22's have what is called and immobilizer in its ECU that "talks" to the engine and fuel pump for anti-theft reasons.

there are a few different way to do the axles, the best that ive found is to use a 90-93 accord intermediate shaft with 90-93 integra axles

the only thing ive done when they got stuck is use a flat head and a hammer to drive the flat head in between it to force it out

Use the hammer and flathead like ahhvtec mentioned. It usually works everytime.
