help!.....ls/vtec idle problem.....

i have a gsr head on an ls block....when i start the car it idles at 2000rpm and doesnt go down when it is warmed up...... i tried adjusting the idle but it doent make and difference.....i also checked the vaccum and that seems fine....what else can be the problem...help!

i forgot i also tried another throttle body on it too and it did the same thing....

Try to cover the throttle body with your hand, and see if the engine starts to die. If it keeps running it is definately a vacuum leak. I had a similar problem, turned out to be the throttle body gasket.
