Ok, how do i resize .GIF files and have them keep their animation. I usually just resize my pictures (.bmp, .jpg) with your basic mspaint, because i'm too lazy to cop me a illegal version of paint pro or photoshop. Whenever i resize .GIF files on mspaint they just show as stilled pics and lose their animation. Do I need to use photoshop/etc. Help me out here.

Thanks guys.

Grab a program called "Gif Movie Gear" and install it. It only lasts like a month as freeware, but it's badass. You can resize, chop, recolor, and change individual frames with it. I enjoy it, but I wish I had a registered version.

And contrary to B's opinion, it will resize all frames at once.

That's how I made my avatar, and this:

Crapass MS Paint can't do a damn thing but make really nasty huge files...

I use Animation Shop which comes with Paint Shop Pro to play with animated GIFs. It's really easy to use, and free to download too. All the animated GIFs that I made for this site were made in Animation Shop.
