Help me save minor gouged JUN3 Camshafts

Ok...well i have a bit of a dilemma...I have these JUN 3 Cams which are now nearly impossible to find and i do not want to waste them...the VTEC Lobe on cyl. 3, exhaust side, is a bit gouged and I want to try to sand with fine paper and oil and maybe save these great cams...any opinions or tips? Thanks Guys. :confused:
 
I had a pitted cam; like area in the middle of the lobe was missing and every machine shop said it was OK to run as long as there's no raised area. They said simply oil would fill the void. I ran that cam for about 200mi and no wear on the rocker pads at all.
