Help needed for turn light

i have a 1995 civic ex coupe, hazard light is working fine but turn indicator (to indicate left and right turns) will not work. checked all fuse and relays seems to be okay. what could be the problem?

Check...

Did u ever take out ur cluster? check for connections not being plugged back in...either that or the 10 amp back-up fuse under the dash on the driver side is blown...thats all to it really..if different from that u got something else wrong LIKE shortage...GL!
