hey im supposed to be putting my motor back together tomorrow and i think they sent me the wrong pistons. i have a b18a1 and they sent me b18c1 pistons, will they work or will i have to send them back and get new ones??

If I am not mistaken all the B-series pistons, excluding the B20, should be 81mm... Don't know if the clearance will pose as a problem or not. I'm sure someone on here will be able to answer it for you.
 
I would wait for someone else's input...I won't be the one to misinform you have something happen.
 
i "think" the piston pin height is correct for the two engines, you'll need to test one to see if the different LS rod will fit into the recess on the GSR slug. assuming it does though, your compression will be a tick over 10:1, which is about .4 higher than stock. pump gas will handle that fine.
