HELP on HEADER

ok i have an b16b and i had bought DC sports 4 to 1 header for a 99-00 Si...onlthing the left side wont bolt up...oil pan is in the way..anyone know wat header i need to use that will fit...i was thinking of 4 2 1 header,,2pcs. maybe it will fit if not please help and tell wat i need......

huh?? it should fit. which parts arnt bolting up? the part to the head? or the part to the cat?

it wont fit for the same reason the b16 header wont fit a gsr/itr motor. the b16b shares the same block as the gsr/itr, but a destroked version.

you need the header for an ITR

but yes, B16B block has same deck height as the GSR/ITR, which is taller than the B16A

but yes, B16B block has same deck height as the GSR/ITR, which is taller than the B16A

well since he has a civic, he will want the ITR one becasue the GSR headers are about 2-3 inches too short. it wont reach the cat

but 4-1, 4-2-1 doesnt matter. as long as it is made for an ITR

get the one made for the motor in this case ITR, since they do infact share the same deck height and if you can go with a 2.5 inch collector.
