help!!! plz!!!

iv just swapped a d15 from my 95 civic hatch for a b18c4 from a p reg 1998 civic salon 5 door! will i need a transponder etc? or does this engine not have a imobiliser? and if i do, i dont have the new key! is thereany other way i can get it working without the transponder for that ecu? ie another ecu?
