help with b16a JDM electronic shift tranny

I'm dropping a JDM b16a1 into my obd1 integra, and it has the electronic shift auto tranny. I have a tranny computer from a 99 prelude (also electronic shift). I'll need to build a custom harness for this, but I don't know where I can find diagrams for the pinouts from the tranny.

First off, does anyone know ANYTHING in any way related to this subject? (Is this even possible?)

Next, does anyone know where I can find wiring diagrams for honda engines?
