Help with d16a6 swap into Crx dx

I swapped out a dx motor and put in a d16a6 and it is having many problems. For one I think it was wired up wrong and it is throwing the map #5 code. It will start but it sounds like the engine is about to jump out of the car. it putts and when you push on the gas it stalls. It also pours white smoke out the back. The compression is 280-280-60-60. I dont know what to do Please help someone.
