Hey guys i was wondering if i could get some help. I have a 00 civic ex and i was looking to swap in a jdm itr. I called the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Vehicle Emissions Inspection and spoke with a a tech member that told me ALL foriegn motor swaps are illeagal by federal law and i could swap in a new USDM motor as long as it was the same year or newer.
So whats the deal? No one is allowed jdm swaps anymore? Beside that, ive been searching and having a hard time, where do i go about perchasing a usdm ob2b gsr? i know they made usdm itr's, but do they have 00 itr's with obd2b?
