if you take the chip out of yours you have to un-jump ...p1 and de solder a couple things

I will take a pic of my p28 that's chipped if you want and point them out.

If you suck with a soldering iron and braid don't do it.

Also 15watt is recommended
ALSO lol if you're using a chipped p75 with vtec shit added... well it's not going to allow you to vtec anymore and your shit will run worse.
 
Check your Fast idle throttle valve, I was having the exact same issue. replaced it and fixed, you may also want to clean your IACV pretty simple write ups for that are everywhere.
 
on a ls block there is no knock sensor, right, so if i take the chip out my ecu then it will prob throw a cel bc the vtec ecu is going to be looking for a knock sensor right.

Yea you need to disable the knock sensor. Same goes if you raise the compression in a vtec say to 13:1 or somethin nuts like that.

Yea you have to chip it and check that box that says no knock sensor. Most people who do ls vtec will put the knock sensor in tho...
