    HTC Wildfire S
    -S-off
    -Rooted
    -Titanium Backup Pro installed

Was moving the People app(contacts), Email app, and one other app to the SD Card. Program seemed to be hanging. Reset the phone and now I don't have any of the 3 on my phone, nor backed up as they previously were. Almost as though they are in limbo between the phone and SD or something. Contacts aren't gone, I just can't use the People app to view them. I've tried searching android forums, but I'm having no luck. I'm hoping someone here can help, or at least point me in the right direction. I have emailed Titanium Backup's supports, but no dice yet.

Contacts should be backed up to your Google account. Are you signed in?

Contacts are there. And backed up. The actual app you use to view them is not there.

What apps did you go for in replacing them?

How do you like K9 mail thus far? Do you only have personal email setup on it or corporate as well?

I like it better than the stock Email app. I have my MSN and Gmail accounts to it. Nothing special. Does the job.
