Help with sensor

on the D, directly to the left of the oil filter and oil pressure switch, there's another plug, it had a large boot over it, and two single plugs that clip on it. is this the fan switch? if so, I need to lengthen it to reach the switch on the B. I can host a picture of it later if no one knows what i'm talking about.

hmm, knock sensor? tho it should only be 1 single plug.

that's the sensor

and this is the plug that came off of it. it's just a large rubber boot, with those two connectors in it

I don't think it's knock. Oil pressure or temp maybe?

it's not knock for sure, the oil pressure switch is the one to the right of it. I guess I'll have to wait till I can finish my swap (I was sold the rear bracket from a 94-01, not the 90-93 like I needed) to find out.

It seems to me that it is a water rtd. I looked on my D, the boss is there but is not tapped. you might try ringing it out at the ecu then checking the wiring schematic. that would tell you for sure.
