i am doing the mini me swap and i dont know what i need to actually do the swap can someone help me

you need a timing belt,water pump,head,headgasket,dizzy,vtec ecu,conversion harness(if obd0-1) torque wrench and fluids

go here but do not buy the rpm switch do it the right way and get the ecu and if its a obd conversion get the jumper harness and what not
