my goal is about 400 whp

my setup
b18c1 block(stock sleeves)
ls crank
81.5mm CP 9.8:1 comp
Scat rods
arp main bolts
arp head studs

i am looking to make roughly 400 whp
i am looking at either the garrett t3/t4 60 trim .63AR or the Percision SC61?
what kind of lag time will i be looking at with the sc61 i already had a 60 trim but broke it.
thanks for any info you can supply
 
i would recomend a t3/t4 with a .63 ar and a 57 trim have one on a B20 vtec and here is th dyno at 11 psi on 91 octane no lag boost around 3-3.5 full boost right after vtec around 6.first-3rd gears are spinning as soon as you get in it.its in a hx ek coupe ran 11.8 at 124 mph at california speed way and its a daily driver
