so my 99 dx stock motor is being a little girl.

Sometimes it seems to be a slug when driving, other times it pulls like a champ. It seems like it is accelerating but it is doing it 50 %.. Not always though. I have changed some stuff very minor tho etc.. CAI, HDR, EXH, Under drive CP.

It is getting the 97 gsr swap in jan( need work bonus to finish)
but i have a 95 ex shell complete i want to put this motor into to sell. So i want to make sure why i does this and if it is a big concern or not..

I dont understand why some days it runs awesome, some days it seems as if the clutch( not sure) doesnt allow it to accelerate properly. its like a long drawn out process, but it doesnt always do it
