okay my buddie has an 89 civic si 1.6l single overhead cam. n e ways he just did the head gasket and to adjust the timing when he was done he took off the tyiming belt and turned the cam, well he just did it again and now his car wont start. any help will be great
find the timing marks try not to turn the motor over if its set wrong you might bend a valve or two
P.S how did he turn the cam? would think the pressure from the valve springs would keep it in place with out having to put a good deal of force on the camgear to turn it
