stock everything.
mileage is 172k.
need input by all the experts on what i should do to create my dream of a sleeper.

what is your budget? what are your goals? we need more info to be able to help you out. Are you planning on keeping the car registered in seattle? I think they have mandatory emmisions testing down there right? that would be something to keep in mind.
