I have a 89 honda crx si.. i had to put a new engine in it and i need to figure out how to time this vehicle.. it is a single overheard cam and i need this car fixed soon ..please help

if you don't know how to time a vehicle you probably shouln't mess with the timing. have someone from a local shop do it for you.
