ok so i got a turboed si that "needs timed" (dont think it really needs timed just think the kid had no idea what he was doing) is there a way of seeing if its in time with out pulling the crank pulley and also there is a small hole in the bottom of my turbo looks like a bolt goes there not sure but its leaking a little oil and also the is no vacuum lines from the wastegate to the bov ad stuff i will put a pic up if any one can help with how the vacuum lines go and if i should put a little bolt in the turbo or whats up thanks need help asap plz.

You can pop the valve cover off and turn the engine over by hand to visually check if the engine is in time. Also, can't really tell what the hole in the turbo is for unless you post a more detailed pic of the hole.
