hesitation

ive got the b18 ls, been converted to ob1. its got a low rpm hesitation in it when driving. i have to barely hit the throttle until it gets to about 3k rpm. im stump ive checked the timing and its fine. any ideas?

maybe flooding out...trying gettin a new fuel pressure reg. if thats not it try fuel filter..then if thats not it try fuel pump

i tested the fpr and the fuel pump and there both fine. i gonna try the fuel filter and see what that does
