HF 5th gear at 2K?

For some reason my roomie thinks that the HF tranny from a 91 runs lower than 2kRPM at 60 MPH. If someone knows for dead sure what the car runs at 2k Please let me know or how to figure out if there is a more specific ID than just L3 on the tranny. Just trying to figure out if my car has the matching tranny. THX

Yep, my HF tranny rode at about 2500 rpm @ 80mph on the highway.

You never been in an HF?
You can go like 75 mph in 2nd gear... i wonder how fast you'd be going in 5th gear at 6k rpm..
Someone should start right now and let us know in a few days when you get there.

K, making sure it was the right tranny. Anyone know how to put the 5th & final in a ZC tranny.......?
