HF head on a A6 block?

Hey, Just scored a a6 short block and si tranny that can replace my tired D15B.
SO, i've had this HF engine sitting for about 3yrs and wanted to know if the head from it could be used without raising the compression or having too small of valves.

I already have a harness, dizzy and intake.
Just need to know what (if any) pros or cons..

Also, I did find the cam (in the pass floor board).

Can the A6 cam swap?
I have two cam mfgrs here in the Memphis area for a 'regrind' if needed.

If my memory is correct the hf head (PM8 casting code) is an 8 valve instead of a 16 valve. I think that it would be very restrictive with an d16a6 block under it.

Hey, Found a z6 head complete!!
So now i'll be a reading tons about the mini-me swaps and such.
If anyone has a good, informative link let me know.
