    Hi i have read an ariticle about lsvtec swap and i m new into this also i have 97 civic coupe ex and i want to swap with the ls vtec, i know that i need b18a/b and gsr tranny. can anyone help me and be more specific about the vtec head b16a or b16a2, and since i have odb2 on my car so what ecu is the best pick for my car. with all this do i still need the v afc controller. thank

    You can use a B16A SiR head from a 96-98,and the accompanying(sp) ECU or a GSR head from 96-00 and the like ECU,both of these will keep you in your OBD.You can use a vafc with the set up.

    You need about $6k to do it right. Still want an LSVTEC? Just put a LS in and turbo it or a GSR swap. LSVTEC's are not for everyone.
