Any good? I'm not really looking for HID's at the moment, but if I can pick them up for under $200 and they're decent, why not? 110% money back guarantee and near perfect feedback? Seems good to me, but I'm just wondering what everyone else thought.

I'd be a little suspicious about them using a Kia front end on their box, but other than that I'd say let the feedback speak for itself.

Any concerns with the 96-98 headlight housing being good or bad for HID? I don't want to blind people.

They're not BAD... just aim down a LOT.
