High Beam Issue

I got this issue with the driver side... The High Beam on the driver side dont work, low beam work fine on both sides but the high beam only works on the passenger side... The bulbs are new and I even switch them just to make sure that was not the bulb.

Fuse are good... What else could be?

get a test light and try the plugs
