high vs. forged low compression pistons

my h22a1 block is rebuilt w/high compression pistons and i am changing to low com.pistons for 16psi of boost w/my turbo kit.the head is gettin a stage 3 package.my question is does the block have to be blueprinted again or can the pistons be changed from high to low and put back together again.

does that mean it has to go to the machine shop to be blueprinted again or they can rebalance in house.
