HKS racing wastegate spring

How do I know which hks spring I want? I jknow the colors are for different pressures but which one do I need? I have the blue one right now(not the light blue). Plan on running around 14-15 daily and 24 at the track.

This is what I found:

its said that a boost controller is good for about double the wg spring... so if you want 24 at the track,. your going to want a 1-bar spring, and 14.7psi will be your minimum boost.
