i had an idea that kinda sprung from hosmers for sale raffle. what if you set up a "raffle" that was soley 50/50? would this be legal? this has some potential. could be a good way to fund projects, lol. im thinking about it. i mean theres pleanty of incentive, if enough people join in, the pot will get big, and both the buyer and seller get a good deal of payout. and i cant see anyone really feeling ripped off if they didnt win and all they put in was like 5 bucks.
