I talked to him a little back in '99 or so... And yes, he did weld it on. I remember his website that talked about how he chopped off the front of a USDM DX to weld the RHD front clip on. Lemmie see if I can find the site; it's probably down.

but do you remember the one that was either in Sport Compact or Super Street that i am talking about???

I believe it was super street. sport compact car wouldn't have showed the pic of him holding that plastic bag/sleeve thing by his crotch and letting the wind blow it so it looked like a pee-pee. It had the caption of, we told him we'd take a picture of just him and this is what he decided to do. or something similar to that.

yeah, it looks like the same car, bit Loko said this guy welded the clip on, and that guy in Super Street just swapped everything.

so are their cars just really really similar looking????
