That's good news! The L15 is seriously detuned from the factory. Also nice is that you can eliminate the rev hang. People I work with say that the revhang is a feature designed to more gradually close the throttle and reduce injector pulse. This helps with emissions. F that shit.

According to US and CA law the FlashPro is for off road use only. However, if you did smog with you would find the readiness codes supported and complete as long as your emissions systems are intact and working.
Yep. This is why reflasher devices are so big in California, Maryland, and other oppressive states. (Maryland contracts out emissions checking to a company based in the state of California, so they use most of CA's regs.)

Looks like Honda underrated the CR-Z's power output slightly -- or it could be a hub vs roller discrepancy.
It's underrated by a little. I just got done driving one for the weekend - felt wayyy quicker than 122hp.

I test drove one twice, the second time I test drove a Chevy cruze 1.4t right after nd I liked the cruze better.
Plus I can get over 50 MPG on the interstate.
Preliminarily, it looks like most folks have been gaining 20 ft/lb in the mid-range.
