Hondata IM gasket....leakage?

So I just installed the Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket/Heat Shield, and because its like 1/8in thick, you have 1/8in LESS stud to screw the nut onto. So two of the studs on top are too far in for the nut to screw to. One is the first from the left, other is the third from the left; so there ARE bolts on either side of those two that are secure. I'm just wondering if there will be any leakage/issues with that.

Or should I like get longer stud posts? Or maybe remove the shorter posts, and get bolts they screw right in?

This is a GSR motor with a Skunk2 IM by the way.

There might be. I would get longer studs to be safe. If you leak from that junction, your engine won't run right. Get studs long enough to have 2-3 full threads exposed after the nuts are torqued down.
