i been thinking about turbo for a while now and been doing major research and reading on it because i have a OBD 2 car and wanted to find the best fuel management. I found that hondata would be the best but they said that OBD2 does not have a reprogrammable EPROM so each time i want to make a change to my ECU it would cost me $200 to get a new one. so my main question is can my car be OBD 2 and run with a OBD 2 to OBD 1 dizzy converision harness on a OBD 1 P28 TUNED ECU ? If not what are my other options to this?

just run a 2-1 conversion harness, and the p28 will plug right in and work.
