I saw a hooked up cougar today. That got me thinking.... thats the last thing I thought Id seen fully raced out. Any one seen a car that should't be hooked up?

we here on hondaswap have another term we use in place of "hooked up"

RICE

those 2 street glow drag cars...can't think of what they are...

edit: toyota solaras. ugh.

shit. I've seen it all.

Cavaliers, Escort XR4Ti's, A Geo Metro (which looked pretty nice actually, tasteful body kit and some 15" rims, they come with 12s stock lol). There's a really really nice white Civic that rolls around with fanblade rims that's lowered and has some bright ass driving lamps... it's white so to me it can get away with the altezzas it has on. I wanted to take a pic of it friday but I didn't get a chance.

chevy malibu, bling bling 19" 100 spoke wheels, chrome wheel well trim. the knight sticker from the ghey and the curious, blue neon under glow kit, supra style wing, primer balck, car was a purpleish brown, with a big as misubishi logo on it *white*

or a car with the "spinner" hub caps. that had to be the funniest thing i have ever seen in my life!!!!

Ummm, how is that RICE exactly, a company paid them millions of dollars to put their logo on it. Its a drag car, who cares whats on it, they are just fast as fuck. So all those drag cars with stickers on the side are rice? Those stickers actually have a purpose, ricers just copy that and make it bad, like wings, huge wheels, huge cross drilled slotted rotors.

1. it's still a Toyota Solara

2. it's still sponsored by a leading manufacturer of rice accessories.

no, the drag cars with stickers are not rice. the drag cars with undercar neon kits are rice.

dont know if they actually have undercar kits, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Hmm...Let's see...
An 80's ford ranger with a GTR badge.
An 80's BMW with a bunch of red neons.
There is a cougar in my town. (He won't race anybody)
Every car with windshield squirter lights.
And all the cars in a certain "car club" in my town.
And I use the term "car club" loosely. Some members don't even have cars. That is pretty damn "hooked up" if you ask me...
Oh yeah. A white metro with some 15 in. chromies. Had flames, a tip, and tail-light covers.
:(

Unfortunatly I see RICED out cars all the time!!! Last night I saw a 1989 Toyota Camary with white tailights, crome hubcaps, crome exhaust tip, windsheild strip the says "Camary", and crome tint that was only installed on the back two windows!!! The tint alone had to be worth more than the car!!

And yes!!! I have also seen those spinner hub caps on an Escort!! I couldn't believe it when I saw it!!! I was like

:wtf:

Fucken PEP BOYS!!!

dude... it's a drag car, the sponsor has absolutely nothing to do with the vehicle, other than the fact that they pay the team to sport their logo, it's called "advertisement" hello and welcome to the stoneage where one has to explain the meaning of a sponsor.

also, the body of a drag car has little to NO bearing to what it actually is. it's not REALLY a solara you nitwit, it just happens to have the shape of a solara, it's not like it has a v6 in the damn thing, it doesn't say SLE on the side of it.

if you're stupid enough to seriously think that those cars have undercar neons, you should be shot point blank in the face with a 12 guage for being so damn stupid.

the solaras aren't "hooked up" or riced out, they are VERY fast drag cars with a well known sponsor. it just HAPPENS that their sponsor's product is something that people use occasionally on riced out or "hooked up" cars. :asshat:

Next time you see it, take a picture...lol I wanna see that.

I see riced out cars all the time. THey don't know they're rice, they think they're fast, and they drive around like all the other wannabes.

A kid I know unfortunately is "decking out" his geo storm. I really want to put a brick on the gas pedal while its on one day and see how long it takes to blow up.

<----------- avatar, its a '91 celica, with big ass scoops, wing, dual exhaust, bondo, started as a hatch now has a trunk, has evo front bumper, integra euro tails, too much bs to list, OH YA ITS ORANGE!!!! so its an orange bondo machine.
