So I do a lot of cooking with stuff I harvest myself. My parents have a huge horseradish plant that they let me take some from cuttings from. I prepped some of it, and made a sour cream based sauce with it. Knowing nothing about "good" horseradish, I really like my final product. Its got good flavor with a strong bite. Now for those of you who eat it, aside from prime rib, what do you put it on? I've heard its good with pork roast, but I need more ideas lol.
