how do i chip a p28

my friend has a p28 in his 93 si hb the problem is it has a gsr and runs like shit so i want to know were can we chip it or make it run strong oh and how much does it $$

Do not just chip the ECU, chips end up making less power most of the time because they are tuned for someone elses car. Get a VAFC, or if you can spring for it get hondata. But the VAFC will do fine for a mild tuning. Plus they are not that expensive.

Chipping supplies are about $40.

Moates.net burner is about $85 if you cant find someone to burn it for you.

Then use Uberdata to make your stock GSR map.

The biggest pain in the ass is that most of the above things will be shipped so you have to wait a week or ten days to get them.
