how do i do this?

put a picture up under my name..
ive uploaded a picture, several times, but it wont pop up.
i did it a while ago, and it didnt work, but i just got the sudden urge to try again.

click on "User CP"
look in the menu down the left side of that page
the first line under "Settings & Options" is "Edit Avatar"
click that
in the second box labeled "Custom Avatar" mark the circle labeled "Use Custom Avatar"
then link to the avatar you want to use from the internet, or browse to it on your computer
click the button labeled "Save Changes"

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
