how do i make my car have vtec

ok i have a 1991 integra it used to have a b18 in it i blew it up now i bought a b16 for it.i put it all in and now i just need to no how to make the vtec work i duno if i have to use the old wiring harnes or the new one.people told me that i have to make 4 wires or sumten like that so the vtec works if thats true were do i hook those wires up to

You need to get an ECU for that engine that runs VTEC, then connect the VTEC wiring to that ECU.
