If I have a 91 Civic Si Hb with a JDM ZC swapped into it.....what do I need to do to the engine and rest of the car to prepare it for a turbo...ie what do I need to do to the engine so it can handle the compression chage or whatever it is that happens when an engine is turbo'd

Build it. Put components in it that can handle the stress.

forged pistons, beefier valves and springs, lighten and balance the crank/pistons so there's less vibration, lighten up the flywheel.

Make sure your fuel system, exhaust and electrical system can handle the extra load too.

All in all just make sure the internals can handle the levels of boost you want to run & be sure it's going to get enough air, fuel and spark so you don't run lean or lose the spark...

is that all I need to replace????

you dont [need] to replace any of the internal parts

id go with a aftermarket clutch though, and make sure you have a good fuel system
