oy. the ignorant/stupid/naive/forgetful get no love on HS apparently :D. i'll help a guy out: reset your trip to zero every time you fill up. that way the next time you hit the pump you can divide the # of miles traveled (trip meter) by the # of gallons you just pumped in. = mpg.

    :slap: sorry had to. :D

well, you look in the little owners manual and find how big the tank is. most hondas have a 10 gallon tank.

I should edit it so say "10 gallon tank" instead of "10 gallon fill up"

regardless of what you fill up it is easy....

    1. Fill the tank up
    2. Start tripometer
    3. Drive
    4. When the needle hits E, go to the gas station
    5. Fill up and record the amount of gallons you just used.
    6. Go in the car and write down the miles on the trip
    7. Total Miles on fill up/gallons of gas on this fill up = miles per gallon

i don't think any hondas get that good except the vx on the freeway. you might want to check your math.

My Civic routinely got 40+ mpg, driving normally. Driving smoothly, my CRX has averaged 52 mpg.

So yeah, I believe all these figures. I've SEEN Walter (Georgebunchasevens) get 60+ mpg on a Clayton build.

my stock D16Z6 del sol got 40+ on the highway by simply removing the intake resonator and putting a K&N drop in filter in
